2026 Anthology Submissions
Two open Anthologies—
- Times of the Undead, a historic zombie anthology: portrayal of zombies during different ages in history. Please pitch the timing so we don’t have duplicate eras.
- Darkness in the Woods: An Anthology Highlighting the deepest darkest or strangest stories in the woods (the woods must be the main element).
We are beginning a series of “Meets” Anthologies—
Submissions are open. Accepting submissions for 2026 releases. Payment—royalty split.
To get you started thinking about these, here are the upcoming Genres and their “meets.”
- Young Adult / Hunger Games -meets- Harry Potter
Complete story, no cliffhangers! Stories should be written in 1st person/present tense. Your protagonist should be between the ages of 16-18 years. This is PG 14 (no sex, minimal swearing [absolutely no f-bombs] fast paced, no gore.
- Zombies / Walking Dead -meets- Sons of Anarchy
Complete story, no cliffhangers! Stories should be in close 3rd person/past tense. Your protagonist may be any age but the premise of the story would be that the bikers save the world from zombies. Rated R. No graphic sex or gratuitous violence.
- Romance / Cinderella -meets- X-Men
Complete story, must have that HEA. Written in 1st person/past tense. The protagonist begins in a bad place, a rough time, in danger, and is saved by not just any superhero but one you create using the tenets of the X-Men world. Superpowers are a must, but do not copy the heroes of that world. Fade to black or closed door only. Rated R. No graphic sex or gratuitous violence.
